The Sales Representative role involves developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, promoting and selling concrete products and services, collaborating with operations and logistics for timely delivery, monitoring market trends, and providing technical support and product knowledge to clients.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and resolve issues

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based environment
  • Ability to learn and apply technical product knowledge
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Promote and sell concrete products and services to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients
