Velocity Truck Rental and Leasing, a division of Velocity Vehicle Group, is seeking a motivated Remarketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will primarily leverage online platforms to market our extensive inventory of used trucks, attracting buyers and facilitating the sale of fleet-maintained off-lease and rental units. With access to a large inventory and full support from senior leaders and administrative staff, you will have the resources needed to exceed sales objectives.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of related sales experience.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and the ability to utilize them effectively for marketing and outreach.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality customer service with impeccable follow-through.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must be able to pass post offer drug test, physical and background check

Responsibilities

  • Consistently post available units, special offers, and customer success stories on social media platforms.
  • Develop and execute a results-driven marketing plan to increase sales.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through strategic outreach and new opportunity identification.
  • Utilize creative, innovative, and alternative marketing strategies to differentiate yourself and the Velocity brand from traditional dealerships.
  • Provide persistent follow-up and timely customer support to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain excellent written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams.
  • Collaborate effectively with sales, service, administration, and management teams to meet objectives.
  • Uphold professionalism in all interactions with both external and internal customers.
