Job Summary: The Inside Sales Representative I plays an essential role by identifying and developing new business opportunities through high-volume outbound calling and the qualification of inbound leads. This position will manage the end-to-end sales cycle process to convert prospects into active clients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience selling payment processing in a self prosecting sales role
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Conducts high-volume daily outbound calling to introduce payment processing solutions
- Qualifies inbound marketing leads and manages pipeline in CRM to ensure no opportunity expires
- Delivers sales presentations and product demonstrations that highlight key product features
- Assists new clients through the sales cycle process
- Uses effective sales closing techniques
- Achieves and exceeds individual sales quota
