Follow our proven 5 step sales process - no guesswork, just results. Achieve and exceed sales goals through trust-based selling. Maintain strong communication and report results promptly. Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. What We Are Looking For: Proven success in home improvement or other high-ticket sales. Track record of $500k+ annual sales preferred. Strong closer with great listening and relationship building skills. Willingness to work some evenings and weekends - where the best opportunities are! Self-motivated, goal orientated and coachable. Service Area: Lancaster, Hershey, Hanover, York, Harrisburg, Cumberland Valley and surrounding communities. Requirements

  • Proven success in home improvement or other high-ticket sales.
