About The Position

As a Sales Representative, you’ll take ownership of selling and promoting our Company brands within a defined territory. You’ll build strong relationships with retail accounts, drive sales growth, increase product distribution, and ensure Company products are top of mind for retailers and consumers. This territory covers the South West of DE (including, but not limited to, the following towns: Delmar, Bridgeville, Selbyville, Frankford)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in beverages, hospitality, or consumer goods.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer relationship skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales technology tools.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to qualify for a Salesperson Transportation Permit.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to lift/move up to 165 lbs.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales across assigned accounts, ensuring consistent call frequency and high-quality customer service.
• Sell in new brands and packages, increase volume and distribution, and monitor pricing and product placement.
• Execute marketing and promotional programs, including tastings, samplings, and special events.
• Ensure compliance with product rotation, freshness, and merchandising standards.
• Maintain accurate sales reporting and utilize company tools (e.g., M360) for timely order processing.
• Protect and promote our Company and Supplier brands integrity in all market activities.
