About The Position

Air Liquide Australia is a market leader Gases, Technologies and Services for Industry in Australia. Air Liquide Australia provides innovative, responsive and customer focused services to our product range, which improves the performance of our customers while helping protect the environment. Air Liquide has a full-time opportunity for a Sales Representative with focus on Business Development to join our team in Elizabeth, SA. This role will report to the Sales Manager with the responsibility of the acquiring new businesses in the Automation and Fabrication industries across South Australia and daily industrial sales activities to ensure sales targets and profitable growth are achieved.

Requirements

  • Ability to perform in a fast moving environment

Responsibilities

  • Generating and maintaining a profitable and sustainable business sales in line with Air Liquide strategic plan and individual territory targets.
  • Growing your territory through identifying and winning new business opportunities, securing gas / liquid sales where profitable and within company guidelines, and entering into contracts with new customers.
  • Producing proposals, detailed costings and contract documents to ensure all transactions deliver maximum profit to the business.
  • Monitoring market trends through personal contact with clients and suppliers and attendance at industry meetings and seminars.
  • Collaborate with the Account Managers to effectively nurture the commercial relationships with a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing long-term partnership value.
