PROVEN ABILITY TO BUILD STRONG, TRUST-BASED RELATIONSHIPS WITH SHOP OWNERS, ESTIMATORS, SERVICE MANAGERS, AND TECHNICIANS TO POSITION OUR COMPANY AS A PREFERRED PARTNER.

Responsibilities

  • DEVELOP AND EXECUTE A CONTACT STRATEGY FOR ASSIGNED CUSTOMERS AND IDENTIFIED PROSPECTS, INCORPORATING PHONE, EMAIL, AND FACE TO FACE VISITS.
  • ACTIVELY MONITOR ACTIVITY FROM CUSTOMERS.
  • IDENTIFY NEW SALES OPPORTUNITIES, PRIMARILY VIA INTERNET RESEARCH, CUSTOMER REFERRALS, AND OBSERVATION WHILE MAKING CUSTOMER VISITS.
  • SUPPORT ALL CPW SALES AND MARKETING INITIATIVES, AS APPLICABLE.
  • MEET OR EXCEED ALL SALES OBJECTIVES WITHIN ASSIGNED REGION/CUSTOMER LIST.
  • COLLABORATE WITH INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVES AND MANAGEMENT TO SHARE BEST PRACTICES AND SUPPORT A COHESIVE SALE APPROACH.
  • MAINTAINS DETAILED REPORTS OF SALES ACTIVITIES INCLUDING CALLS, ORDERS, SALES, LOST BUSINESS, AND ANY CUSTOMER OR VENDOR RELATIONSHIP PROBLEMS.
  • PERFORMS OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED WITH CPW
