The Opportunity We’re hiring a Sales Representative to identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and close repair, service, and replacement work. You’ll be out in the field — solving problems, presenting solutions, and earning the trust of building owners, property managers, and facilities teams. Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in B2B field sales (roofing, facilities, or construction a plus)
  • Selling to property managers, building owners, or facility teams
  • A track record of exceeding quota and hunting your own leads

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a sales pipeline in your territory
  • Execute 20+ cold outreach activities per day (calls, emails, site visits, etc.)
  • Conduct 5+ discovery meetings per week
  • Deliver 3+ high-quality presentations per week to decision-makers
  • Own the full sales cycle — from first contact to signed proposal
  • Host regular client lunches and strengthen key relationships
  • Hit clear, progressive sales targets — with no cap on earnings
