About The Position

Access Systems is seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Representative to join their Des Moines metro team. In this role, the representative will partner with business leaders to provide innovative office technology solutions that help companies operate smarter and more efficiently, with a potential to earn $70-80k+ at plan in the first year. Requirements

  • 1+ years of inside, B2C, or B2B sales experience.
  • Individuals who are competitive, ambitious, and have a desire to meet and exceed goals.
  • Ability to take initiative to go out and be assertive while having charisma.
  • Strong customer service, communication skills, and relationship maintenance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Driving sales growth by analyzing current office technology and proposing custom solutions.
  • Ensuring outstanding customer service through regular client account management.
  • Engaging with potential customers to understand their needs and present suitable products or services by Century.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Skillfully negotiate terms and close deals with clients to meet and exceed sales targets.
