Jpixx is hiring our first dedicated sales rep to build a proactive outbound pipeline. We’ve grown through referrals for more than a decade — now we’re ready to expand intentionally into new commercial markets and government sectors. This is NOT a marketing role and NOT an account manager role. This is a hunter role. You’ll own outbound prospecting, discovery, and dealflow, partnering directly with our founders and producers to bring in new work. You’re the Right Fit If You Are: A true outbound salesperson You’re energized by identifying prospects, reaching out, following up, and booking meetings. Scrappy & entrepreneurial You can build pipeline from scratch in a creative, fast-moving environment. Experienced selling intangible services Agency, production, media, marketing, SaaS, consulting — you’re used to selling ideas, not products. Confident navigating new verticals Especially regulated or slow-moving industries (government, education, healthcare, etc.). A relationship builder People trust you quickly. You communicate clearly and listen well. A proven closer You’ve managed a sales cycle from first outreach → signed deal. Hungry for growth You want to build something — not just maintain a territory.

  • Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation (primary focus)
  • Build and manage a pipeline of commercial, government, and agency prospects
  • Proactively reach out via email, calls, social, and networking
  • Get us into the right rooms with the right buyers
  • Discovery, Pitching & Presenting
  • Lead compelling discovery calls
  • Present our capabilities clearly and confidently
  • Help clients understand our creative approach
  • Proposal & Deal Management
  • Partner with producers/owners to scope projects
  • Prepare proposals and estimates
  • Negotiate budgets and timelines
  • Close new business ethically and effectively
  • Government & Public-Sector Support
  • Monitor relevant RFPs
  • Help qualify opportunities
  • Support our team on proposal submissions (not alone)
  • Early Relationship Management
  • Maintain warm communication until project kickoff
  • Ensure smooth handoff to production
  • Spot upsell/ongoing opportunities
  • 1–3+ years in outbound sales or business development
  • Experience selling services (creative, marketing, SaaS, consulting, media, etc.)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to hit targets and manage pipeline
  • Comfortable with autonomy
  • Comfortable with basic government procurement concepts
  • Local Candidates Only – Not a Remote Role
  • This position requires regular in-person collaboration with our creative and production teams.
  • Hybrid flexibility is available, but applicants must live in (or be willing to relocate to) the Hampton Roads / Virginia Beach area.
