As Graza continues to grow across key markets, strong execution and relationships are critical to our success. Graza is seeking a Sales Representative to own day to day execution across the NYC Metro market. This is a true feet on the street role focused on store level selling, merchandising excellence, and relationship building with independent retailers and distributor partners. The Sales Representative will spend four days per week in-market visiting stores and one day per week focused on planning, distributor coordination, and administrative work. This role is ideal for a high energy, self motivated individual who thrives in a fast paced environment and takes pride in driving results through hustle, accountability, and strong relationships.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of work experience in CPG field sales, distributor, retail sales
  • Experience working with independent retailers and distributor driven models in NYC Metro area
  • High energy, scrappy, with a sense of ownership
  • Excellent relationship builder with strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly accountable, organized, and able to manage a full in-market schedule independently
  • Must live in the NYC Metro area, Brooklyn preferred
  • Reliable access to a personal vehicle and willingness to drive regularly for market visits
  • Valid driver license and insurance required
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods during store visits
  • Able to comfortably lift 30 lbs

Responsibilities

  • Conduct store visits across assigned NYC Metro territory 4 days per week
  • Execute and record store level selling activities including display sell in, void fills, pricing checks, merchandising, and resets
  • Ensure strong in store execution of new launches, promotions, and planograms
  • Build and maintain relationships with store owners, managers, and key decision makers
  • Identify opportunities to expand distribution and improve shelf presence
  • Collect and report competitive and market insights from the field
  • Partner closely with local distributors to support sales execution and inventory flow
  • Coordinate store visits, follow ups, and priorities with distributor sales representatives
  • Track and address out of stocks, inventory issues, and order opportunities
  • Maintain organized weekly visit plans and follow up action items
  • Dedicate one day per week to planning, scheduling, customer communication, and reporting
  • Maintain accurate and timely activity reporting in reporting tools
  • Deliver against weekly and monthly sales, distribution, and execution goals
  • Communicate clearly with Senior Sales Manager and Sales leadership on progress, challenges, and opportunities

Benefits

  • The base pay for this role is $71,000-$85,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related skills and experience.
