We are looking for a dynamic Account Supervisor to lead one or more hospital sites, serve as the primary liaison with hospital leadership, and oversee daily operations and team performance. This is a key leadership role that blends people management, clinical excellence, and operational efficiency in the fast-paced world of surgical services. Account Supervisor – Role Summary As an Account Supervisor, you’ll be the operational and strategic point of contact for one or more hospitals. You’ll lead a team of Surgical Solutions Technicians, ensuring the highest levels of service, compliance, and performance. This role is a balanced mix of team leadership, customer relationship management, and hands-on support within the operating room environment. Reporting to the Account Manager, you’ll work closely with hospital staff and Surgical Solutions leadership to ensure seamless delivery of services every single day.
