Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous experience in commission-based, luxury item sales or Guest service preferred.
  • RV experience a plus.
  • Valid insurable Class C Driver's License.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of Guests or team members of the organization.
  • Intermediate computer job skills including logging on to systems, ability to communicate by email, ability to compose documents, enter database information, create presentations, download forms, and preserve/backup important data.
  • Previous experience dealing with a variety of people in a customer service capacity.
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Guests with buying decisions.
  • Help Guests select the unit which best suits their needs and advise on towing requirements.
  • Present and sell all makes and models of new and used units.
  • Present and sell other value-added options.
  • Write deals to present to Sales Manager for approval.
  • Maintain regular follow up with prospective and current Guests.
  • Prepare preliminary used vehicle appraisals.
  • Learn all RV categories- tent trailer, fifth wheels, trailers, and luxury motorhomes.
  • Prepare departmental reports and metrics.
  • May cross train to perform other duties.
