About The Position

The Hearing Aid Specialist – Sales Trainee is a growth-focused, patient-centered professional in development. This role is designed to build future leaders who combine clinical excellence with ethical sales performance. As a Sales Trainee, you will learn how to: Deliver exceptional patient experiences Conduct consultative, needs-based evaluations Educate patients and their families about hearing healthcare and solutions Recommend customized hearing solutions Drive responsible revenue growth Uphold our leadership standards and performance metrics This is not transactional sales. Requirements

  • Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser preferred. If not currently licensed, will be required to become licensed within 12 months of hire & maintain license going forward.
  • 2+ years of sales experience preferred (healthcare, retail, or consultative sales)
  • Strong closing and relationship-building skills with high level of care for individuals
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily performance metrics
  • Goal to obtain state licensure (company supported)
  • Professional, growth-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming, trust-based environment for every patient
  • Conduct hearing evaluations under supervision (training provided)
  • Educate patients and third parties about hearing loss and solutions
  • Present recommendations clearly and confidently
  • Follow up consistently to ensure long-term satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed individual performance goals
  • Track KPIs including conversion, revenue, and follow-up compliance
  • Participate in local marketing and community outreach efforts
  • Maintain a full schedule through proactive patient engagement
  • Participate in ongoing training and certification programs
  • Accept coaching and implement feedback quickly
  • Demonstrate ownership of personal results
