About The Position

We are seeking a driven Sales Representative / Territory Manager to join our cardiology sales team. This role is responsible for selling a life-saving medical device into hospitals, with a focus on ICU/CCU, Cath Lab, EP, and Cardiology departments . You will partner with cardiologists and hospital stakeholders to expand adoption and drive growth across your territory.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hospital sales experience in either medical device or pharmaceutical sales
  • Proven success selling in the hospital environment
  • Strong track record of exceeding quota and driving new business
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling into Cardiology, CV, Cath Lab, EP, ICU, or CCU call points
  • Relationships with cardiologists or cardiovascular service line leaders

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cardiologists, ICU/CCU staff, Cath Lab and EP physicians, and hospital decision-makers
  • Provide clinical expertise, product demonstrations, and in-servicing to healthcare teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to support product launches, case coverage, and customer engagement
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain CRM reporting
  • Travel within the territory (approx. 10%)

Benefits

  • Base Salary: $100,000
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $175,000 (base + commission) - Uncapped
  • Company Car Allowance: $600/month
