Monthly subsidy for car and cell phone ($1,000). You will be eligible for a guaranteed bonus of $1,000 during the first 3 months and a bonus of $500 during the next 4-6months OR a gross margin commission (you will receive the greater of the two). 2-4% sales commission on gross margin + $100 for each new customer (a gross margin of $200 must be achieved).
