Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of sales experience, or high school diploma with 6+ years of technical or elevator sales experience

Nice To Haves

  • Elevator industry or B2B sales experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and SAP preferred

Responsibilities

  • Identify sales opportunities through customer and industry contacts to drive new installation business
  • Perform preliminary design work, review plans and specifications, and develop budgets and schedules
  • Prepare estimates, bid proposals, and presentations to secure profitable contracts
  • Meet or exceed sales targets while analyzing customer needs and applying company products and services
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction
  • Develop and execute negotiation and sales strategies aligned with company offerings and market conditions
