About The Position

We are looking for a detail driven, high-energy Inside Sales to join our dynamic Sales and Project Management team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, loves SERVING as this role serves our customers, operations, and a point of contact for our sales team. While this role is focused heavily on Sales, you will also get to flex your skills preparing, accurate timelines, and maintaining our customer satisfaction throughout the entire Sales process. Every day is different and that's what makes it exciting, you will be delivering seamless customer experience from first contact to final delivery, keeping our engine running like a well-oiled machine and have fun doing it!

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree a plus!)
  • Preferred 2+ years working knowledge in the Water and/or Wastewater Systems industry.
  • Proven success in a previous Inside Sales role with excellent verbal and written communication is a must!
  • Listening and understanding Skills are necessary for this role.
  • Project lifecycle knowledge from first conversation to finished project.
  • Knowledgeable in the Piping Fabrication Industry regarding materials, components, and industry standards.
  • Customer Focused mindset, no other way to be!
  • Time management skills: The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently while maintaining the highest standard of Quality service for our customers, every time.
  • A team player, positive, friendly, punctual and professional while enjoying collaborating and a let's get to work mentality!

Responsibilities

  • Build and Maintain Strong customer relationships through understanding our customer needs.
  • SERVING OUR CUSTOMERS, going above and beyond!
  • Will be a primary point of contact for customers and internal team members, creating seamless alignment.
  • Respond to sales inquiries and follow up on opportunities and quotes.
  • Generate new sales opportunities while expanding existing sales orders.
  • Communication is your strong suite!
  • Communicating order requirements to our internal team members, the details matter!
  • Build incredible relationships with our customers and anticipate customer's needs, before they do if possible!
  • Understanding there is something to learn every day! Learning our product lines, what all we do at C&B Piping, LLC. and understanding which products would be the best for our customers projects.
  • Questions: How can we serve our customers BEST, with every decision made.
  • Flexibility and strong follow through are a must in this role!
  • Takes pride in a job well done and always makes sure their work is high quality, no exceptions!
