Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years related experience including experience with technical products
- Experience in utility industry preferred
- Expert utilization of Syteline or comparable ERP system required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships based on integrity and service
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, reps, and other inside sales
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software including proficiency in Excel
Responsibilities
- Answers inquiries from clients concerning products while promoting the company products
- Provides information, quotes, credit terms, and other bid specifications to clients
- Periodically prepares and reports sending results and leads to manager
- Caters to any customer complaints or concerns and establishes a resolution
- Learns the various buying habits and expectations of the customers to provide exceptional customer service
- Conducts regular follow ups on the quote status
- Works with the V.P. of Sales on the administrative aspects of sales
- Performs other duties as assigned
