Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven expertise in lead generation with a strong track record of converting leads into successful sales
  • Hands-on experience navigating diverse sales channels within industrial sectors
  • Persistent, engaging, and goal-oriented personality
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within diverse teams
  • Experience with products, services, and solutions related to maintenance and reliability
  • Deep knowledge of key industrial sectors, including Food and Beverage, Mining, Paper, and Steel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficient in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Willingness and ability to travel overnight up to 50% to support Schaeffler customers
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment visa or other sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new leads and convert them into sales opportunities for ILS.
  • Drive revenue growth for ILS in the U.S. by effectively navigating sales channels and collaborating closely with sales teams and service partners.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships by providing exceptional support and service.
  • Conduct on-site customer visits to deliver compelling ILS presentations and lead training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and visit reports using Salesforce.
