About The Position

Seeking an Industrial Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, collaborating closely with our marketing and external sales teams, while also nurturing existing client relationships. Utilizing a Solutions Based Selling method, this individual uses tools from their previous experiences, as well as the proven experiences of their team to drive sales forward. Additionally, the ability to quickly gain familiarity with our industrial product solutions, CRM, and D365 F&O enterprise and resource planning system is essential.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the USA long term without sponsorship.
  • Proficient level computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Strong and effective interpersonal, communication (both verbal and written), organizational and negotiation skills for a wide variety of audiences, including ability to effectively communicate with individuals within the organization as well as with clients
  • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn from others
  • Consistently dependable, reliable and punctual
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and entrepreneurial work environment
  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
  • Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public
  • Great attention to detail required

  • Experience working with a CRM tool highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales revenue and profitability.
  • Acquire and apply knowledge relevant to offering effective material handling solutions.
  • Handle inbound email and phone inquiries, preparing quotes and finalizing sales order utilizing Solution Based Sales models.
  • Utilize CRM, D365, and Microsoft Applications to generate quotes, manage data, and liaise with customers and colleagues.
  • Provide support to both Industrial Inside and Outside Sales Operations.
  • Foster a collaborative atmosphere to foster positive sales outcomes across the organization.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and ensure project completion meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate compliance standards.
  • Perform B2B sales activities from lead generation
  • Meet or exceed sales goals as assigned by Regional Sales Manager
  • Close and grow sales through professional communication and interaction with current and potential customers and provide exemplary customer service throughout the sales cycle
  • Expand market awareness of our products and our industry experience by communicating features and benefits of our products and services effectively
