Requirements

Experience in automotive sales required
A genuine focus on customer service.
Excellent organizational and time management skills required.
Team player with excellent judgment, integrity and communication skills.
Team Builder - Acts as a role model within the department while effectively providing feedback and earning respect as a leader.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

Providing an exceptional customer purchasing experience.
Presenting vehicles to customers to assist them in their buying decision.
Using the Customer Management System to ensure timely, professional follow-up.
Maintaining strong relationships with sold and prospective customers.
The Sales Representative II is trained on F&I and provides back-up to the F&I Manager as needed.
