Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or a call center environment (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiasm for sales and customer engagement
  • Good sense of organization
  • Strong ability to listen, identify opportunities, and close sales.
  • Solid typing and Computer Skills
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Positive attitude and pleasant demeanor are a must
  • Professional Appearance

Responsibilities

  • Proactively make outbound calls to prospective and existing Verizon customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, plans, and services.
  • Educate customers on Verizon’s solutions to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Collaborate with peers and leadership to continuously improve sales strategies and performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.
