This position will be responsible for performing customer service functions and ERP data entry. Spang Engineered Solutions designs and manufactures custom inductive components for an array of industries including renewable energy, solar, medical, aerospace, automotive, and military. Our manufacturing locations include Pittsburgh, PA, Phoenix AZ, McKinney, TX in the U.S.A., and Xiamen, China. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • At least one year of internship or office experience in customer service, logistics, scheduling, or production planning
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ERP systems

Responsibilities

  • Handling ERP (IFS) entries for customers, contacts, addresses, and order processing
  • Sending order documentation to customers
  • Creating quotes and orders in IFS
  • Providing order status updates
  • Monitoring a shared inbox and phone line
  • Ensuring accurate data entry for inventory, purchase, sales part records, and supplier information
