Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the construction, demolition, or waste management industry.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with construction companies, demolition contractors, and waste management firms to promote our rolloff container services.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our construction and demolition rolloff containers to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and pickup of containers.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
