Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate solutions. Developing and delivering commercial sales proposals. Selling equipment rentals and services to our Building Services and Construction customers. Developing medium-to-long term sales plans and preparing strategies to protect, grow and diversify the relationship with targeted customers. Face-to-face and remote sales to new customers and cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers. Partner with the operations, logistics, and administrative teams to ensure a superb customer experience with every sale. We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience: 3+ years of direct sales or technical sales experience selling to contractors Entrepreneurial Mindset Must possess a sales hunter mindset You’ll have a general understanding of power generation, HVAC, and compressed air systems Knowledge of selling to contractors (General, Mechanical, and Electrical) Proficiency with a CRM (Salesforce preferred) Successfully maintained a sales quota of $3.0 million+ annually Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience We recruit the best talent.
