Requirements

2+ years of B2B outside sales experience (restoration, construction, or facilities services preferred)
Skilled at prospecting, networking, and building strong client relationships
Organized and able to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously
Comfortable working in a performance-driven sales environment
Willing to participate in after-hours emergency lead rotation
Valid Oregon driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years
Able to pass a background check dating back to age 18 and pre-employment drug screening

Responsibilities

Build and nurture relationships with commercial property decision-makers
Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry events
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Secure Pre-Loss Agreements with commercial clients
Maintain an active sales pipeline and track all activity
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency restoration leads
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure successful project delivery
