Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience (restoration, construction, or facilities services preferred)
  • Skilled at prospecting, networking, and building strong client relationships
  • Organized and able to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven sales environment
  • Willing to participate in after-hours emergency lead rotation
  • Valid Oregon driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years
  • Able to pass a background check dating back to age 18 and pre-employment drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with commercial property decision-makers
  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry events
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Secure Pre-Loss Agreements with commercial clients
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and track all activity
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency restoration leads
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure successful project delivery
