About The Position

Pix4D is seeking a talented and highly motivated Sales Associate to join our dynamic Americas sales team. This vital, hybrid role is designed for a self-starter who blends the skills of an effective closer with meticulous lead qualification. You will be the primary steward of our inbound lead traffic, responsible for efficiently closing quick, low-lift transactions while ensuring high-quality, warm handoffs of high-potential enterprise accounts to the Senior Sales team. This is a critical entry point into a larger sales career at Pix4D as we continue to grow.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the software or technology industry.
  • Motivated, self-starting, and results-driven with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • A customer-focused mindset with proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships over the phone, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with technology and sales software tools, including use of CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel to tradeshows and Pix4D events as needed (estimated at 10-15% of the time).
  • Perfect fit with Pix4D’s spirit: passionate, positive, collaborative and respectful attitude.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with drone technology, photogrammetry, GIS, or remote sensing is a significant advantage.
  • Spanish language fluency

Responsibilities

  • Represent Pix4D as the first point of contact with potential customers, providing exceptional initial engagement and qualifying inbound leads.
  • Take ownership of an assigned segment, focusing on proactive lead identification and management within its unique market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Proactively identify, prospect, and qualify leads, including inbound and outbound activities, optimizing the sales pipeline.
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with customers by conducting discovery calls, understanding their needs, and providing tailored software and hardware solutions.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals, quotes, and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify market opportunities and threats.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system (Hubspot proficiency is a plus).
