About The Position

We’re looking for a North America Soccer Specialty Partner Representative to join our team! We will work together to support and drive the consumer focus, strategy development, marketing plans and manage relationships with key partners who authenticate our brand in the marketplace! We will identify product opportunities and implement product strategies; stay current on product and product changes; and display strong customer service skills by developing and maintaining relationships with key customer personnel at all levels of the customer's business. As a Partner Representative, you will optimize Nike product sales by developing accurate and realistic seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans for our retail accounts (Inline Only). This opportunity includes soliciting and submitting orders; and ensuring timely coordination of order tracking, retail release and launch information, order confirmation, cancellations/Return-To-Stock summaries and delivery of information. The role will increase sell-in and sell-through by preparing, planning and delivering clear and persuasive merchandising and product presentations. We also empower you to be a thought partner to a Manager, NA Partners Soccer Specialty and lead cross functional projects that drive the business forward on behalf of the team and channel. In this role, you will be part of the larger North America Partners Performance team and reporting into a Manager of NA Partners Soccer Specialty.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ overall business experience that includes field sales, retail buying, merchandising, sales business planning, or sales business analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in the soccer industry in retail or sales is strongly preferred, or Nike experience in a field support position
  • Proven leadership ability
  • Passionate about soccer, preferably an enthusiast and a participant

Responsibilities
