WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH You’ll report to the Sales Director for Running Specialty & ACG and play a central role in standing up Nike’s Outdoor Specialty offense in North America. You’ll work closely with Sport Sales and the North America ACG team, connect internal functions with the marketplace, and lead our external sales agency to elevate Nike with outdoor specialty partners. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for someone who truly enjoys working with retailers and knows how to fuel growth through strong relationships, sharp commercial instincts, and operational excellence. You know the specialty retail world instinctively and don’t need onboarding to understand how the business runs. You step in with confidence, quickly see where improvements can be made, and take action without waiting for direction. You bring energy, initiative, and the ability to forecast the business with clarity and accuracy. WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON You’ll help build and drive Nike’s Outdoor Specialty business in North America alongside —balancing strategic vision with hands‑on execution. You’ll connect cross‑functional teammates, shape how Nike shows up in this marketplace, and lead our external sales agency to deliver strong results. You’ll partner closely with Sport Sales, the North America ACG team, Merch, DSM, Finance, Ops, Territory Sales, and our agency to align plans and move quickly
