The Opportunity We are looking to fill a Relationship Management position for our MMFA Distribution channel. In 2025, we had a record premium year and remain a leader in the Fixed, FIA and RILA annuity market. This position will support and advise our partners, sales force, and home office associates in all aspects of the sale of annuity products. The Relationship Management role has a high focus on providing exceptional phone support regarding product features, sales concepts, and doing business with MassMutual Ascend while building and maintaining strong working relationships. We provide a flexible work arrangement for this position and the opportunity for business related travel.
