Position Overview: As a Sales Rehash Agent, you’ll play a critical role in following up on missed opportunities across all three trades—HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. Your goal is to reconnect with potential customers, understand their needs, and convert previous estimates or inquiries into closed sales. This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives on communication and results.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Contact homeowners who previously received estimates but did not move forward.
- Build rapport and trust while addressing any concerns or objections.
- Educate customers on the value and benefits of our services.
- Schedule appointments and close deals where possible.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
