Position Overview We're hiring a Rehash & Membership Save Specialist to reconnect with unsold estimates, follow up on "no-sale" appointments, and retain customers who are considering canceling their HVAC memberships. This role is all about persistence, empathy, problem-solving, and high-level communication. You'll work warm lists, recent demos, aging quotes, and existing membership accounts. Your mission? Turn missed opportunities into revenue and keep our customers in the family. This is a full-time, in-office position.

Requirements

  • Strong communicator who can build rapport fast.
  • A resilient, upbeat voice that customers actually enjoy talking to.
  • Comfortable working through objections without being pushy.
  • A hunter mindset - you love the chase, the follow-up, and the win.
  • Phone-based sales or call center experience preferred.
  • Ability to stay organized, follow a schedule, and manage multiple lists.
  • Tech-savvy with CRM experience (or quick learner).
  • Someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Call homeowners who received an estimate but didn't buy - yet .
  • Follow a structured rehash process to uncover concerns, resolve objections, and re-engage customers.
  • Save or upgrade HVAC memberships using proven scripts and personalized solutions.
  • Educate homeowners on the value of their membership and prevent cancellations.
  • Track all follow-ups, outcomes, and notes in our CRM.
  • Hit weekly rehash call goals, contact rates, and revenue targets.
  • Work closely with Comfort Advisors to reopen opportunities or schedule second-look appointments.
  • Provide clear documentation and communicate trends on what customers are saying.
  • Bring energy, positivity, and consistency to the phones every single day.
