Multi-billion dollar, International Media Company is seeking an experienced Sales Recruiting Manager to lead an enterprise sales team in Arlington, VA. With on-site cafeteria and gym with parking available directly under the building. Must Have: Must be fully vaccinated.

Requirements

• Team-lead experience, corporate experience preferred
• Strong ability to communicate with all levels in organization
• Be a data driven/data responsible person experienced with understanding and articulating reporting
• Workday experience preferred but other ATS acceptable

Responsibilities

• Hiring and managing an enterprise sales team of 2 experienced sales recruiters
