About The Position

As a Mid-Market Sales Recruiter in our Phoenix office, you will partner with our Mid-Market Sales Leadership team to source, recruit and close talented Account Executives to join our world-class organization. We are one of the fastest-growing companies in Silicon Valley and you will be essential to the continuous growth!

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree.
2+ years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience: from source to close.
Strong ability to influence using collaboration.
Ability to navigate and flourish in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
Experience managing multiple internal competing priorities.
Commitment to excellence and top performance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Travel to events and offices across the country.

Nice To Haves

Sales recruiting experience is a plus.
Experience using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, GoodTime, and G-Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own the full recruiting cycle from source to close for Mid-Market Account Executives.
Strategically and creatively source passive Mid-Market Account Executive candidates.
Partner with our Mid-Market Sales teams to generate candidate referrals.
Develop relationships with Sales leadership to collaborate during the hiring process.
Make compelling presentations to all candidates about Verkada and the Sales Organization.
Provide top notch candidate experience while as being a trusted internal business partner to our stakeholders.
Work with your RC to manage the interview scheduling.
Track and document candidate communications in ATS - Greenhouse.
Plan and execute sales recruiting events, some travel required.
