About The Position

The Recruiter serves as a strategic partner to both hiring managers and candidates, building trusted relationships that enable a consistently successful, end-to-end hiring process. This role requires a deep understanding of the business, mission priorities, and workforce needs of the client groups supported, as well as current labor-market dynamics within targeted talent pools. The Recruiter provides data-driven guidance to hiring leaders on attraction strategies, sourcing approaches, and candidate selection to secure top-tier talent. The Recruiter is responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing through social networks, job boards, and applicant tracking systems, while leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and decision-making. This role ensures all recruiting activities and deliverables comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and compliance. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience supporting recruitment and talent acquisition activities
  • 2+ years of experience supporting full lifecycle recruitment activity supporting clients in the federal government space
  • Experience with Workday systems
  • Experience with talent pipelining, Boolean search, and social recruiting techniques to identify passive candidates
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
  • Bachelor's degree
