General Summary: As our Sales focused Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will be responsible for handling the full recruitment lifecycle for our North America Sales Org by guiding hiring managers through the requisition approval process, assisting with job descriptions, building recruiting strategies, screening and recommending candidates, and negotiating the offer process. This role works in partnership with cross-functional teams to provide innovative solutions to finding top talent throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provides support to the Talent Acquisition and Sales teams, with a high attention to detail
  • Conducts job intake meetings with hiring managers at the beginning of the recruitment process
  • Sources and recruits qualified applicants to fill open positions
  • Screens, interviews, and recommends prospective colleagues to management for assigned open positions
  • Ensures candidates have a complete understanding and realistic picture of responsibilities, compensation, training, schedule requirements, benefits, career opportunities and serves as the candidates’ advocate during the recruitment process
  • Makes hiring recommendations and notifies applicants of consideration or declination
  • Sources through creative networking sources, job boards, applicant databases, internet recruiting resources, social media, recruiting firms, and employee referrals
