Sales Reconciliation Clerk Reports to: VP of Accounting – SSA Group Location: Denver, CO @ SSA HQ; job is onsite with some opportunity for remote day(s), but must live in or within commute distance of Denver, CO Works Alongside: Accounting Team Are YOU the perfect addition to our team? We are looking for a detail-oriented accounting team member with strong organizational skills, that would like to make a long-term home in an established and well-respected organization. Must have ability to learn quickly and willing to take on new challenges. Job duties may consist of (but not limited to): Receive and review weekly sales reports from each branch Record sales through Microsoft Dynamics GP Code all sales to proper units and General Ledger accounts Assist branches with balancing and reporting Maintain correct documentation for sales and revisions Provide administrative support to Accounting & Finance department Maintain strong relationships with in-unit personnel and General Managers Provide additional support to accounting team, as needed This is by no means an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, efforts or working conditions associated with this job description. Requirements

  • High school or equivalent
  • Intermediate knowledge of Office365, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Two+ years of relative accounting experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven experience with coordination of multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines and working productively and efficiently under pressure.
  • Efficiency: Able to produce significant output with minimal wasted effort.
  • Proactivity: Acts without being told what to do. Brings new ideas to the company.
  • Flexibility/Adaptability: Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions. Copes effectively with complexity and change.
  • Teamwork: Reaches out to peers and cooperates with supervisors to establish an overall collaborative working relationship.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP, a plus

Responsibilities

  • Receive and review weekly sales reports from each branch
  • Record sales through Microsoft Dynamics GP
  • Code all sales to proper units and General Ledger accounts
  • Assist branches with balancing and reporting
  • Maintain correct documentation for sales and revisions
  • Provide administrative support to Accounting & Finance department
  • Maintain strong relationships with in-unit personnel and General Managers
  • Provide additional support to accounting team, as needed
