The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, both in person and over the phone, and will play a key role in supporting the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Assist customers by connecting them with the appropriate sales staff
• Submit and process customer credit applications
• Prepare purchase agreements and assist with sales documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team
