The Sales Program Specialist plays a key role on the Sales Enablement team, owning and evolving sales programs that support field sales and enhance the customer experience. This role primarily focuses on the Swatch Program, including individual swatch ordering and the Swatch Book Program, while partnering cross-functionally to ensure programs are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives. As the role evolves, it will expand to support additional sales programs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, program/project management, or account management
  • Experience managing customer-facing programs or operational processes
  • Analytical mindset with experience gathering insights from data and customer feedback to inform decision-making
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate across teams and with customers

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with CRM systems or similar platforms is a plus
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end Swatch Program, including individual swatch ordering through our third-party platform and the Swatch Book Program
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers swatch support, ensuring accurate, timely ordering and a high-quality experience
  • Onboard and educate customers on the Swatch Program, including ordering options, access levels, and best practices
  • Maintain and optimize the swatch ordering platform (Thoroughbred) by documenting enhancement opportunities, escalating issues, and partnering with internal teams to drive improvements
  • Manage swatch book distribution, updates, and lifecycle management, including customer libraries, replenishment, and ongoing communication with sales and customers
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, Digital Experience, and Sales leadership align on program goals, timelines, and execution
  • Evaluate sales programs and processes to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness
  • Analyze swatch usage, customer behavior, and program adoption data to inform recommendations and future enhancements
  • Develop, track, and report on program adoption metrics while contributing to sales enablement best practices
  • Create and maintain program documentation and resources, including sales playbooks and internal communications to ensure consistent execution
  • Support the strategic development of future sales programs as the Sales Enablement team continues to expand its scope
