About The Position

Behavior Interventions was founded in 2006 by two Board Certified Behavior Analysts with a mission to provide quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to our families in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Our team is composed of clinical and administrative team members all focused on creating meaningful change in the lives of those we serve. We are seeking a Program Specialist to support our Clinical team and maintain our ABA treatment center in our Limerick Office location.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 12 + months of relevant experience
  • Ability to pass federal and state background checks
  • Complete and maintain active CPR/First Aid certification upon hire
  • Crisis Management trained/certified or ability to obtain within two months of employment
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within teams
  • Conflict resolution and great interpersonal skills
  • Organizational/time management/prioritization
  • Proficient technical/computer skills, i.e. Google apps
  • Ability to maintain confidential information, i.e. handle sensitive case files and follow HIPAA/FERPA regulations
  • Ability to physically stand, walk, bend, kneel, crawl, and squat while exerting 5-10lbs. constantly, 25lbs. frequently and up to 100lbs. occasionally

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in or understanding of Behavior Analysis or related field preferred
  • Experience with CentralReach software a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage phone lines during business hours
  • Greet families, team members and guests upon arrival
  • Manage drop off/pick line for clients sessions
  • Maintain ABA Treatment Center including: purchasing, scanning, treatment center clean up, VB MAPPkit upkeep, scheduling and coordinating client sessions in the treatment center, mail sorting, daily office clean-up throughout the day (i.e., sanitizing high touch areas including treatment rooms, workspaces, restrooms)
  • Maintain client files: including filing session notes and scanning compliance documents in therapy practice management software
  • Support scheduling and coordinating client sessions in the treatment center.
  • Provide crisis management support during sessions and general treatment center coverage.
  • Manages employee mailboxes, key cards, ID badges as assigned
  • Supports technology set-up (ex. set up new computer workspaces)
  • Serves as point of contact for Behavior Analyst staff. Connects BCBAs with resources and various departments for support (HR, Service Coordination).
  • Provides support to Program Director, Assistant Program Director, and Program Supervisor for ongoing projects and tasks (e.g., Runs Central Reach insights reports, prepares documentation required for company audits, supports with communication to team members related to training log compliance)
  • Directs BCBA emails to appropriate operations personnel
  • Prepares and sends assessment tools to families for authorizations
  • Supports with staffing process for clinical team
  • Submits documents to families requiring signatures including HIPAA and other annual compliance forms and reports
  • Manages Annual Compliance Document tracker. Uploads signed documents to CentralReach
  • Manages session note addendum tracker
