We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of projects, maintaining exceptional service delivery, and fostering strong relationships with our customers.   • Develop and implement customer-specific strategies and problem-solving approaches to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs effectively.
  • Ensure the successful achievement of project Quality, Cost, and Timing (QCT) targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by optimizing processes in product and process development.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of the 'Acquire & Quote' and 'Develop & Launch' processes.
  • Act as a bridge between our customers and internal teams.
  • Ensure seamless communication and promptly address program-related issues.
  • Manage internal escalations and coordinate countermeasures.
  • Break down project targets for sub-projects and team members.
  • Review and accept project timelines.
  • Ensure timely reporting, risk assessments, and gate reviews.
  • Establish and nurture strong customer relationships.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs.
  • Cultivate transparent and effective project communications, both internally and externally.
  • Ensure alignment and informed decision-making.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams and project leaders.
  • Provide guidance and support to achieve project goals effectively.
  • Oversee the implementation of complex initiatives.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or Business), with advanced education preferred.
  • 7-8 years of working experience, with a minimum of 5 years in the automotive industry.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
