Position Summary This internship focuses on developing innovative programs designed to influence employees within large enterprise customers to choose Samsung as their preferred work device. In most cases, companies provide employees with a list of approved devices, making it critical to target employees directly with compelling messaging about Samsung's advantages. One of the key programs is the Employee Purchase Program, which extends Samsung employee pricing to employees of large enterprise customers. This program is operationalized through Samsung.com, where employees register with their corporate email address to access discounted pricing on Samsung devices. Currently, HR teams within these companies assist in promoting the program, but they lack the bandwidth to frequently communicate about Samsung's pricing and promotions. The role involves building an admin portal for HR teams to automate the sharing of marketing assets related to the Employee Purchase Program. The portal will allow HR to upload contact lists, automate communication, and access engagement reports to optimize employee benefits utilization. The intern will collaborate with a vendor to develop the portal and create a comprehensive go-to-market plan. Responsibilities include managing web development vendors, ensuring the portal meets desired outcomes, and planning successful deployment with customers. This role will also involve analyzing program performance, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to the overall strategy for enhancing employee engagement with Samsung's offerings.
