About The Position

RideNow Powersports Phoenix is seeking an energetic and positive individual to join their growing team of customer service superstars. The ideal candidate is an active listener, exceptional problem solver, a salesman at heart, and has a passion for powersports. This is a commission-based career, offering the opportunity to maximize income based on effort.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6+ months experience in sales with demonstrated closing skills
  • Possess knowledge of multiple brands and products in the powersports industry
  • Available to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Teamwork- works well with others and helps even when not asked
  • Punctuality is key

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
  • Riding Experience and Current Motorcycle Endorsement desired, not required

Responsibilities

  • Assist guests through the purchase process (greeting, selection, numbers, negotiations, financing, and delivery) ensuring their time with us is easy and stress free!
  • Sell the passion and excitement of powersports to our customers
  • Make introductions to other departments to ensure cross selling of Parts and Accessories, Financing, Insurance Products and Services, Warranties, and Service Plans
  • Patiently and persistently follow up on all prospects and customers, using proactive sales techniques
  • Follow a well structured sales process (that works)
  • Maintain the showroom and display of motorcycles in a manner appealing to customers
  • Enter data into our CRM on all client information and interactions
  • Stay up-to-date with our brands, product knowledge, company information, and company-wide events, truly becoming a resource to our customer base
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
