What We Offer: Training & Growth: 14-week onboarding, quarterly training, and ongoing development. Compensation at Leaders Furniture: This is an hourly, plus commission-based role with uncapped earnings—your success is directly tied to your effort. Grow your product knowledge and unlock your potential. At Leaders, your initiative drives both income and impact. Schedule: 40-hour workweek | M–S 10–7, Sun 10–6 | Generous PTO, no blackout dates. Culture: Supportive, low-pressure, and team-driven environment. What You Bring: Weekend/holiday availability (closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter) Ability to lift 25 lbs. Must be able to travel to Largo for a week of training and twice annually to sales meetings.
