As a Sales Professional, you will be the primary driver of growth for your branch, working closely with the Branch Manager and Operations team to acquire new customers. The role involves building trust, solving problems, and fostering long-term customer relationships, appealing to those who thrive on competition and the pursuit of success.

Requirements

  • Ability to pass MVR, background, and drug screen

Responsibilities

  • Run set inspection appointments with existing customers to uncover upsell opportunities.
  • Generate new business through door-to-door sales and local prospecting
  • Educate customers on our services and close high-quality accounts
  • Represent the ProForce brand with professionalism and confidence
  • Work closely with your Branch Manager and Service Team to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Set appointments, follow up, and manage your pipeline effectively
  • Hit and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and expand services
  • Help drive momentum in new and existing markets.
