SALES PROFESSIONAL, NEW YORK METRO TEAM Location: Field coverage for NEW YORK METRO areas (to include Connecticut, New York, Long Island, New Jersey). Preferred base location: Westchester / Southern Connecticut area Schedule: Daily territory travel including some overnight. Compensation: $80-$120k (base + commission). We are immediately hiring an experienced, territory SALES PROFESSIONAL , industry to drive business growth across throughout NEW YORK METRO areas, with a home base location of WESTCHESTER / SOUTHERN CONNECTICUT area. Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience (flooring or tiling systems required)
  • Technical proficiency and familiar with architectural specifications and construction design elements
  • High levels of business integrity, ethics and good professional judgement
  • High level of energy and enthusiasm for the industry. Solution driven and customer focused
  • Ability to travel daily within territory (some overnight)
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Hands-on skills for field support; able to lift up to 70 lbs. (32kg) occasionally and carry up to 55 lbs. (25kg)

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or minimum completed high school diploma with relevant work experience is required

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth of ARDEX and Henry products across your designated territory
  • Generate leads, win new business, and build strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and architects
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and training sessions
  • Provide technical support and collaborate with corporate teams to ensure exceptional customer service
