About The Position

As a Sales Professional, you will guide customers through the RV buying experience from initial contact to delivery, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable process. This is a relationship-driven role focused on understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, and delivering an exceptional experience.

Requirements

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a high-energy, customer-first mindset
  • Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and explain it clearly
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Previous sales experience preferred (RV, automotive, or similar industry is a plus, but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships by greeting and engaging customers both in person and online
  • Identify customer needs and match them with the right RV solutions
  • Conduct detailed product presentations, highlighting features, benefits, and value
  • Assist customers through the purchase process, including financing and documentation
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
  • Deliver a professional, positive, and memorable customer experience from start to finish
