About The Position

Drive sales through superior customer service, creative selling, and extensive product knowledge. Cultivate strong customer relationships through exceptional service. Continuously learn and train on new furniture and technology improvements. Ensure customers are informed of order changes & updates. Maintain sales floor visual standards throughout the day. Maximize customer engagement by prospecting and following up with potential customers. Actively promote sales and finance offers to customers.

Requirements

Proven experience in commission furniture sales or related field (experience in a commission-based role is a plus).
Excellent communication skills.
Your drive helps you exceed performance goals and metrics.
You want to challenge yourself with our bonus pay in addition to your commission pay.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of different styles, materials, and trends.
