About The Position

This position is a mix of residential sales and commercial business development. You’ll help homeowners with HVAC and plumbing solutions while also building relationships with local businesses for maintenance, service, and replacement work.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with residential customers and recommend HVAC and plumbing solutions
  • Work with technicians and plumbers to build the right options for customers
  • Prospect local businesses and develop commercial accounts
  • Sell maintenance agreements, service, and replacement projects
  • Manage follow-up, pipeline, and customer relationships
  • Create your own leads through direct outreach and networking
  • Help customers understand financing and payment options
  • Follow up after the sale to make sure the customer had a good experience
